The Games Committee is responsible for:

• Administration of the Games
• Sponsorship identification
• International Athletes travel and accommodation arrangements
• Co-ordination of Marketing and Public Relations
• Stadium preparation

Game Sub-Committees

• Finance - accessing funds, managing the budget including spending control, and collection of funds for the Games
• Hospitality - identifies Liaison officers for the athletes, co-ordinates arrangement of airlines, hotel, food, transportation and entertainment for the athletes
• Technical - the planning, administration and execution of the Games' events in a timely and professional manner
• Arrangement of heats
• Prize distribution
• Coordinating Officials and their duties
